Support to specify number of messages before timer action runs

  • Feat: Add support to send the number of messages needed in chat before posting timer actions.
    • Note: This may have some edge-case issues which may prevent posting of messages. Please raise a hand in Discord or support if you think your timers are stuck when using this feature! This way we can find the issue to prevent for others ^_^

As always, please report any issues or suggestions in the relevant channels. Please note you may not get the updated dashboard right away due to how the roll-out process works.
